Lobsterfest Dubuque
Lucy checks out the 10 lobsters from Maine; flown in for the "Lobsterfest Dubuque" celebration in honor of Nelson's "special" birthday.
Wm Foley & Joe Berretta from Brand Partners hosted the event in Eagle Point Park.
